HEA Advises Soliton Resources on Isolde Farmout

Holt Energy Advisors ("HEA") notes the press release today by Soliton Resources Limited ("Soliton") regarding its farmout to Equinor UK Limited ("Equinor") of Licence P.2390 including the Isolde exploration prospect a shallow, low risk and potentially sizeable exploration target that has historically been overlooked.
HEA acted as commercial advisor to Soliton on the farmout process.
