HEA and MDT International partner to offer a new Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments course.

LONDON, Mar 4. Holt Energy Advisors ("HEA") and MDT International ("MDT") are delighted to announce they have agreed to partner to provide a new training course in 2019 related to Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments in the oil and gas sector. The first course will be offered in June 2019 in London as part of MDT's open course suite with plans to make it available in other global locations as well as in-house shortly thereafter.

The course builds on MDT's existing oil and gas commercial training capabilities and utilises the transaction execution experience and knowledge of HEA's team who have completed over 40 transactions in 16 countries valued at over $5.5 billion.

The new course over five days, covers key theoretical and practical topics related to evaluating, executing and completing transactions in the oil and gas sector. The course format encourages discussion and opportunities for interaction as well as using case studies and practical examples to cover a variety of strategic, financial, operational and legal aspects of deal-making.
