We provide expert commercial advice for assets and projects helping to originate, negotiate and execute key commercial agreements as well as supporting their ongoing management and administration to ensure commercial risks and opportunities are efficiently managed.

How we can help

Our commercial advisors can assist with matters from initial project/asset entry and establishment of ventures through to implementation and ongoing management, value maximisation and resolution of disputes.

During the contract negotiation phase we can independently lead or support the development of commercial options, plan negotiation tactics and manage the finalisation and execution of commercial agreements as well as identify value adding options. Additionally, we can provide independent commercial reviews of project structures, help develop business cases, complete independent contract reviews (pre and post execution) and dispute resolution analysis and advice.

We also support clients in their ongoing management of commercial arrangements including dealing with contractual compliance, calculation and reconciliation issues, optimisation of terms and assisting with disputes.
