HEA to sponsor AIEN Event at Robert Gordon University

Holt Energy Advisors Ltd (“HEA”) is pleased to announce that it will be sponsoring the AIEN European Chapter event at Robert Gordon University on 18th September focussed on Climate Change Litigation relating to Scope 3 emissions.
The UK Supreme Court now requires oil companies who may be applying for field development approval to list the amount of Scope 3 emissions which will arise from the burning of any produced hydrocarbons. Similar arguments are being made in Norway in the Greenpeace Nordic case.
The hybrid event organized by the AIEN, will see expert panelists discuss the significance and implications for the E&P and wider energy sector.
